Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — an adventure seeker and budget-conscious traveler born and raised in Ogden, Utah. My love for exploring started young, with countless road trips that showed me it’s possible to see amazing places without spending a fortune. Those early adventures inspired me to keep traveling on my own, and I haven’t stopped since!

After living in Utah for 25 years, I moved across the country to Long Island, New York, to complete my education as a Physician Assistant. While most of my days are now spent in the hospital, I make it a priority to use my free time to explore more of the United States and the world — from epic road trips to international journeys.

So far, I’ve traveled to more than half of the U.S., as well as Scandinavia, the Baltics, Central America, South America, Southeast Asia, China, Egypt, Mexico, and Canada. No matter where I go, I focus on budget-friendly adventure travel — seeking out exciting experiences while keeping costs low.

Because I’ve spent years balancing travel with student loans, tight budgets, and now a busy career, I understand the challenge of making travel affordable. That’s why I share practical tips, detailed itineraries, and money-saving advice to help other travelers (whether beginners or seasoned explorers) discover that seeing the world doesn’t have to break the bank.
